the proposal was composed of five parts, calling for responding to national related decision deployment on prevention and control of covid-19, taking necessary measures to eliminate online rumors, enhancing industry discipline, encouraging to carry out charity activities, and taking practical and effective measures to raise employees' awareness of prevention of covid-19
